Cancellation Policy

All booking fees are non-refundable if a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise; however, the booking fee will not be refunded in these instances. If you need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, I may, at my discretion, apply a discount equivalent to the booking fee towards your next service. Please note that this discount will be applied when the final payment for your next service is due, and it does not exempt you from paying the booking fee for the rescheduled service.
