Cancellation and Shipping Policy Cancellation Policy: At Womb 2 Bloom, we aim to provide you with exceptional service and flexibility throughout your pregnancy journey. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase. Cancellation Window: Upon making a booking for the Elle TENS 2 Labour Machine, you have a limited cancellation window. You may cancel your booking within the first 24 hours of purchase without incurring any fees. Non-Refundable Amount: After the initial 24-hour period, a 50% non-refundable fee will be applied to all cancellations. This fee is deducted from the total amount paid for the rental. Refund for Unused Machine: A $20 refund is available if you return the Elle TENS 2 Labour Machine UNUSED and the electrode packaging UNOPENED. Shipping Policy: We want to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your Elle TENS 2 Labour Machine. Please review our shipping policy to understand the details of your order shipment. Shipment Timing: Your Elle TENS 2 Labour Machine will be shipped one week prior to your 6-week booking start date. This allows ample time for delivery and familiarisation with the device before your anticipated due date. Return Post Deadline: To avoid additional charges, your item must be postmarked for return by the end of your 6-week booking period. We recommend returning the machine as soon as possible to ensure timely processing. Responsibility for Delays: Womb 2 Bloom does not take responsibility for any delays in the shipment and handling process caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend booking your machine well in advance to account for any potential delays. We understand that pregnancy plans can change, and our policies are designed to provide both flexibility and fairness.
